- We handle company resources, customer data, and confidential information with care.- We refuse bribery, gifts, or other benefits that could create conflicts of interest.
4. Act safely and sustainably
- Workplace safety comes first – we look out for ourselves and others.- We use energy, materials, and resources responsibly.
5. Be digitally mindful
- We use company IT and data responsibly and protect them from misuse.- We do not share passwords, access, or sensitive information.
6. Speak up instead of looking away
- If we notice violations, we speak up or turn to a trusted person.- No one has to fear disadvantages for reporting issues.
